Your meter will be shipped within 5 business days.

This period includes the construction and testing of the meter as well as its packaging and shipping.

After receiving your shipment with the meter, a simple, several-minute-long configuration instruction will be sent to the email address from which the purchase was made.

Configuration only needs to be done once :)

This happens very rarely. However, if there is a problem with the meter configuration, we offer help via the anydesk program (we remotely configure the meter on your computer)

However, if an error occurs with the counter, we offer two solutions:

-meter replacement

-return of the meter

The counter works on desktops/laptops that support Windows 10/11
