Simple Connection

Connecting each of our meters is trivially simple, it is done after connecting just two cables! One to the 230V socket and the other to the USB port on your computer. And our screen only needs a free USB port!

Shipping 📦

Your meter will be shipped within 5 business days.

This period includes the construction and testing of the meter as well as its packaging and shipping.

How to configure the counter? ⚙️

After receiving your shipment with the meter, a simple, several-minute-long configuration instruction will be sent to the email address from which the purchase was made.

Configuration only needs to be done once :)

What if there is a problem with the meter? ⚠️

This happens very rarely. However, if there is a problem with the meter configuration, we offer help via the anydesk program (we remotely configure the meter on your computer)

However, if an error occurs with the counter, we offer two solutions:

-meter replacement

-return of the meter

The counter works on desktops/laptops that support Windows 10/11
